Overview
JP Maroney a.k.a. “The Pitbull of Business”
is a business growth strategist, best-selling author
and award-winning speaker. He’s a veteran business
builder and serial entrepreneur who’s founded
seven companies, bought five others and sold two.
JP has lived through
what most speakers and authors can only ''talk about.''
In the process, he's has tasted both sweet success
as well as bitter defeat.
At age nineteen, JP
started his first company. By age twenty-four, he
had failed in his 3rd business attempt, was completely
broke, deep in debt and facing bankruptcy.
Resolved to make good
on his dream of building a successful publishing business,
JP started a fourth company, a magazine publishing
company, and within three years built it into a chain
of regional publications in three states before selling
to another publishing group in 1999.
Today, JP is Founder
and Chairman of MaroCom Group, an international consulting
and training firm that specializes in strategic business
growth and development. He also owns equity interests
and sits on the board of several companies in a wide
variety of industries.
